Recently in our ward, we were reminded how technology today can be such a blessing which allows us to share with the world our thoughts and testimonies. They encouraged us to use things, like our blogs to share with others our love for the Gospel and Jesus Christ.
At the passing of our Prophet Gordon B. Hinckley, I wanted to share with many others the deep love I had for him and for the service he constantly rendered. He was truly a dedicated man of God, who's example will always we admired. Although his passing is sad, my first thought was of the reception he will have on the other side. He gets to be reunited with his sweet wife. What a joy that is for him.

Digital Scrapbooking
I have decided to try digital scrapbooking. Neil got the program for me for Christmas and since I have been downloading papers, embellishments, ribbons, ext. I have found it to be soo much easier and faster then the conventional way. I can get a page done in less then 30 minutes rather then my 1 1/2 hours before. I think that as I learn the program more and more, this time will get quicker.
Here is my first layout I have done...

Help!!! I do not want to do this
Ok, I have officially decided I am going to jump into the Potty Training thing with Paige. I have postponed this long enough and I think it is time. I HATE THIS!! The being stuck to the house, the messy underwear, the wet pants, the fights...augh!! I hate potty training!!
I never did pull ups with Jacob, I just went straight into "big boy pants." I think this time I am going to try the pull ups thing. Paige is so obstinate, that she will not want to do it, just because I asked her to. I have to use the whole reverse psychology thing with her...and I hate it! Anyone out there with suggestions, I am all ears!! This is just day one...and I am already tired of it.

Paige in the news...
I recently submitted a Christmas Photo of Paige on Christmas morning when she first saw her new bike. KSL added it to their web site...

He finally got it!! All I have heard about for this past year has been this camera. He has done hours and hours of research on it and held it in his hands at every store we go into. He would talk to everyone about it...friends, neighbors, coworkers, family, and even strangers he saw using one. Finally, he got one of his own. I have to admit, it is sooo much nicer then our old little camera that has such bad shutter delay. At least this way, I get a picture of the kids while they are still looking at the camera instead their backside as they are getting up to run away.
I have learned his tactic though, talk about it until your spouse is sick in the head and gives in!! I need to try that one.
