Another year is here and this one will be her last. Paige is back with Mrs. Heather this year. We loved her last year and Paige learned so much that we are excited to have another year again. She HAD to have her picture taken just like Jacob did for his first day of school.

Happy 4th Birthday Paigie!!
Paige is one child that can make me laugh and make me mad at the same time! She is a whitty child who knows how to get her way, but she also has the smile that can melt and capture any heart.
This year has been one of such learning and growth for you. It has been fun to see you learn new things about life and about yourself. Happy Birthday my sweet girl Paige! 4 years old!! You continue to be a joy to your whole family.

$2 for Tuesday.... Thanksgiving Point Museum
Every Tuesday in the month of August, Thanksgiving Point has $2.00 admission to all of their venues. Since the Dinasour museum is usally $8/child to get in, I was going to take advantage of this. We had already went the first Tuesday of August and the line was soo bad, we went to the petting zoo instead. So this time, we waited until school was about to start and we went earlier....
Still we got this.....
The line was out the door, around the side and down the back of the building. Fortunetly, we were towards the front of the line and it only too 30 minutes to get in. The line was still like this when we were finished and walking to the car.
Although it was crowded, the kids had fun and it was a good finale to the end of summer.

Paige's end of year Dance recital
There is nothing more precious then seeing that deep hearted, sincerly happy smile on your childs face. It is priceless. For the last several months, Paige has been going to a local dance studio in Mapleton. She loves to go! She also loves being able to do it with her cousin Alyssa. She recently had her end of year recital where she was able to show us and a autotorium full of other proud parents and family members the dances she has learned. Paige is not a shy kid. She loves to preform! ... what have I got myself into?

Our little dancer
Paige has been in dance class for a few months now. She goes once a week for an hour. Since Jacob has karate, we wanted to give Paige her own "niche". She loves it! She loves to get dressed up in her dance tights and skirt every week and head over there. She recently had a "recital" if that is what you want to call it. She preformed a few of the dances she has been working on. Here are just a few pictures...

Where's the baby?

For those of you who are tired of opening my blog and seeing Kallie with a dart to her head, I decided to post a new picture. I have slacked off on my picture taking lately so this is the latest one I could find to create a new post.
Yes... this would be dad again!! He is always able to keep the laughs in this family rolling.

Paige entry #45930
Yep she did it again! Another Paigeism. I asked Paige to get me a diaper & wipes the other day so I could change Kallie. Now normally this task would not be too hard to accomplish without getting into trouble, but this is Paige and she finds it where ever she goes. As well as getting a diaper & wipes she managed to dump the bottle of baby powder all over the inside of my drawer. Thanks honey!! I just love to clean up your messes!!

Little Streaker
I really do not mean to only blog about Paige, I love my other kids just as much! It just seems that this girl is ALWAYS finding some new way to push my buttons. She does not do it to upset me or to humor me, she simply does it because she is PAIGE!!
Yesterday I was doing just what I am doing now... blogging... and I turn around to find this....

That is right, she is NAKED underneath that box. She stripped down and put herself in a box!! I have no answers for it. I wish I could explain it. This girl is unique!!
I always knew she had her own sense of style, but a BOX?

Jesus wants me for a SUNBEAM!!!
Paige is now a Sunbeam!! She was so excited to go to church this Sunday so she could go to the Primary room "just like Jacob." When I asked her what she was most excited about she said singing "Jesus wants me for a Sunbeam" and to go up on the stage (I think she means the stand).
After church and on the way to the car I asked her if she had fun. She says "yes, but I did not get to sing the Sunbeam song or go up on stage." I do not think she understands that these are not things she gets to do every Sunday.

A day in the life of....
Yes, I have posted ALOT about this little girl lately... mostly because she is always into something or doing something she shouldn't.
Here are just a few things she has done lately that I caught with the camera.
Oh, and these both happened the same day.

Diapers going ALL the way up the stairs
First "REAL" Haircut
I always knew that I would one day have that little girl that somehow found a pair of scissors and somehow managed to cut her own hair. I just hoped and prayed that when it happened, that same little girl would do it in such a way that would not require a total chopping of her hair.
Paige did indeed find a pair of scissors and did indeed cut her own hair... twice... where was I you ask that would not have noticed her cutting her hair... twice? Well, this little girl is slick. Fortunately she only cut a small portion in the front of her head... kind of by her bangs. It was hard to even notice. So, I do not think this event would classify as her first haircut.
Last week she got her first "real" haircut. It was time. The girl is over three and never had her hair professionally cut before. Here are some pictures of her new look.
The Before Picture... man her face needs to be wiped.

First day at DANCE CLASS
Today was her first day. Of course some of the fun is getting to dress up in all the fun, cute girly dance outfits. We put on her tights, leotard, ballet shoes and leg warmers. Of course, by the end of class those leg warmers ended up being more like knee pads, which was not the look I was going for. She enjoyed herself and did better then I thought she would.

Here is a clip of her "dancing"... ok, it is more like shaking to the music.

Don't know how to feel about this
The kids found my pants last night and Jacob thought it would be funny to put them on and dance around the house. Yes, he was funny... at first... then things got more funny when Neil decided to put BOTH my kids in my pants, each of them on a pant leg. Now, the question is... should I be upset that my kids can BOTH BOTH BOTH fit in my pants? Man my pants look big when your kids are standing in the legs of them.

My scary Monsters
Jacob insisted on being IRON MAN this year. I do not even know who he is or what he does... oh well... others seemed to know. What planet have I been on?
Paige is a witch...AGAIN... I know... she is going to be a witch again next year too. Poor girl. Nothing about her character, I just have three witch costumes so that is what she gets.
She is a cute witch though.

Tagged
So I guess I do not check my sisters blog enough.. I guess I got tagged almost a week ago... so here you go.
All you have to do is go to your 6th picture album folder, pick the 6th picture and post it. After that, tag 4 friends.

This pictures was taken June '07 - Paige was almost two years old. We were at Jacobs Tee Ball practice in the Spanish Fork High School gym. Look at those eyes. Do they not say "What can I get into next?"
Now I am supposed to tag four people. I tag Rachael, Paige P., Traci & Monica.
Paige Update...
Know what happens when you take all your clothes off and go to sleep that way?
You end up running a fever and getting a runny nose!
Trying to talk reason to a three year old is pointless! I have tried to tell her that when she takes her warm Pj's off and stands there in the cold, she is going to get sick. Still, she looks at me like I am speaking greek and I am the one who is crazy.
So now I have a little girl who has gotten sick... need I say... TOLD YOU SO!!

It's tough to be three
Paige is definitely starting to show signs of being smack in the middle of the "terrible three's!!" This little girl has sass and ATTITUDE!! You know it is bad when she tilts her head to the side while shacking her finger at you and tells you what she is and is not going to do. She definitely thinks she is in charge.
A few days ago she was asked over and over again to clean up a mess she made. After repeatly asking, Neil put her in her room for a "time out." This is what we found when we came back to check on her a few minutes later.

She had fallen asleep under the babies crib. Yes, I left her there. She needed that nap!!
